My room was well-appointed, brand new, had good air conditioning, and a nice view in a great location close to Sanam Luang City Square.

Nice staff, 24 hour reception, hotel centrally located, shampoo and shower gel available in dispensers
The air conditioning was aimed directly at the bed, you could only turn it on or off, direction and step setting was not possible. The bed sheet was dirty

The location is very good, quiet at night, but not far from the busy Khao San Road.
One towel was dirty. The water in the shower drained off very slowly and the bed mattresses are not comfortable.

Conveniently situated just a 25-minute drive from the airport, this place is also super close to the pier 🚢, which is awesome for getting around easily.

Great location for Khaosan Road. Great service from the staff. Because we had to continue early, early breakfast was delivered punctually in boxes.
Little storage space.

Top location to visit Bangkok. The hotel is located directly at the canal which makes the day start relaxed. Very friendly and helpful staff
The sewage system in the bathroom has stunk a bit, but is not to be expected otherwise at temperatures of 40°.

Great location near a river and public boat station. Good for exploring the area. The hotel is located in a remote and calm area, away from the noise. The view of the small canal is nice. Staff were very kind and available 24/7.
One of the rooms had a problem with the bathroom door. The canal had a slight smell.

Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all really nice. Travel agent was more expensive than others. Food was okay, not great but convienient and always with a smile.Stored our luggage for 20 baht per day (very handy and reasonable). This will be our home in Bangkok.
The shower leaked on the floor of the bathroom, but that's all...

The location is less than a five-minute walk from Khaosan Road, but very quiet a night when staying in a room that faces the back side. The sound proofing inside the hotel is also quite good so that I could not hear sound coming from other guests. Right outside the hotel, there were many street vendors selling all kinds of snacks and fruits for very cheap prices. I also liked the balcony, the large bathroom, and the reception workers were all friendly and helpful.
For advice on how to get to another part of the city, the front desk people seem to be required to refer guests to the travel agent who sits in the lobby. Of course, the travel agent only wants to recommend plans in which he can sell his services. In the grand scheme of things, this is not a very bad problem.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They were also very knowledgeable about the area and gave great advice on where to go and how to get there. The rooms were clean and a good size, with a nice view of the canal. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to the main attractions.
It was difficult to find a spot nearby and the nearby temples that offer parking charge a steep price. Another downside was that the hotel is located in a small side alley, which made it difficult for taxi drivers to find.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
